Titus 2:13

“looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ,” – Titus 2:13

As we learn from grace on how to live, what to avoid, we are called to live godly in this present age – and while we are living this godly life in this present age, because of the power of grace, we are to look forward to the second coming as a blessing, as a hope, because it is then that we see the appearing of our Saviour, what He has done by faith through grace will be realized in person. What a marvellous day this will be!

An application:

As an “overseer”, Lord, prepare me, teach me all the ways of Grace, let it have its complete work in me in this present age. Help me to look forward to that Glorious appearing with hope, the day that all shall be seen as you see it, train me to be one of those who stand there looking up to see you coming in all your power. Amen.
