Titus 2:15

Titus 2:15

“Speak these things, exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no one despise you.” – Titus 2:15

The things Titus must speak are “the teachings” to the four groups and that Grace is the teacher that brings transformation.

“exhort” – to call to one’s side, call for, summon

“rebuke” – to convict, refute, confute

“authority” – an injunction, mandate, command

Titus needs to call for conviction on the part of the four groups and he ought to do this will all command and authority.

An application:

As an “overseer”, Lord, help me in my role to speak these “things” to call for action, to call for conviction, and to have the authority need to invoke the desired change that you want to see in our lives. Let grace be my teacher!. Amen.
